Jana Kramer became famous on TV, in which she played Alex on One Tree Hill's final three years. The show featured her debut release as a country artist which helped launch her debut album, eponymous into the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was her follow-up album and reached the top of the charts at the top ten spot. She finished out the decade with appearances on Dancing with the Stars and appearing in a variety of TV shows alongside several singles from her non-album album. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices made its debut. Born and raised within Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer was raised on country music. She would later make a record career, but she made her debut as an actor making her debut on screen in the indie horror film Dead/Undead when she was still in her teens. Following a couple of guest appearances in All My Children and CSI: NY, she landed a recurring role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the second season 2007-2008. Kramer played on 90210 in the role of Portia Randson from 2008-2009, as well as Brooke Manning as Entourage's Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW as Alex Dupre. It was boosted by the Top Five country song I Got the Boy and also as a duet with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This helped it reach the third spot in the Billboard 200 country album chart. Beginning in September of 2016 the singer was a part of two weeks participating in season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, which ended with an overall fourth place. She also scored an adult contemporary hit by singing the track Feels Like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
